Residents may pay their rent through their Tenant Portal, in our main office during business hours, or drop it off after hours through our mail slot.
We place all emergency repairs as a priority even after hours. In the event of an emergency related to the condition of the Property that materially affects the physical health or safety of an ordinary tenant, we ask that you please call our office and submit an emergency text through the texting portal for a quicker response. Air Conditioning is not considered an emergency repair; however, we aim to handle this request with priority when requested through the portal even after hours.
