We aim to make all deposits by the 15th of each month. Larger communities will be completed between the 15th and 20th of each month.
We have an Escrow Account to hold all security deposits for owners. This makes it easier to keep track of all income and expenses for the owners when a tenant moves out.
We can start as soon as you sign our management agreement, we will notify your current tenants of the changes and will do all that is needed to start the management services you deserve.
